Refund Policy
1. Non-Refundable Services & Products

Custom Work: All custom services such as vehicle wraps, custom designs, paint protection, and aftermarket installations are non-refundable due to the unique and personalized nature of these services.

Special Orders: Products or materials that are specially ordered for your project (e.g., vinyl, paint protection film, etc.) are also non-refundable once they have been purchased or processed.
2. Cancellations

Cancellation of Services: Clients may cancel their services at any time before the start of work. However, a 20% cancellation fee will apply, and clients will be responsible for any work already performed or materials purchased up to the point of cancellation.

Cancellation After Work Begins: If work has already started, the client will be responsible for paying for the services performed and materials purchased to date. A refund will not be issued, and the remaining balance will be due.
3. Refund Requests for Defective Work

Quality Concerns: If you believe that the work we performed does not meet the agreed-upon specifications or has defects resulting from our installation, please contact us within 30 days of project completion.

We will inspect the work and assess the issue. If the problem is due to our error, we will offer a repair or replacement at no additional cost.

If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund or credit toward future services, depending on the situation.

Customer-Supplied Materials: If the issue stems from materials supplied by the customer, we will not offer a refund. Signature Triple 8 cannot be held responsible for the quality, performance, or defects of customer-supplied parts or materials.

All refund requests will be reviewed within 10 business days. Signature Triple 8 will determine whether a refund, repair, replacement, or credit is applicable based on the circumstances.
5. No Refund for Completed Work
Once a service is completed, and the final payment has been made, Signature Triple 8 does not issue refunds for work that has been performed. Our team will ensure that the work meets the standards agreed upon with the client before completing the project.
6. Exclusions
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

Change of mind or buyer’s remorse after work is completed or materials are purchased.

Damage caused to the vehicle or materials due to improper care, lack of maintenance, or external factors (e.g., accidents, weather damage, etc.).

Failure to follow care instructions for services like vinyl wraps or ceramic coatings.

Improper installation or modifications done to the vehicle after the service by the customer or a third party.
7. Final Decision
Signature Triple 8 reserves the right to make the final determination on all refund requests and will do so in accordance with the guidelines set forth in this policy.
