Signature Triple 8 Terms of Use & Policies

1. Introduction
By using the services of Signature Triple 8, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms govern your use of our services and your relationship with Signature Triple 8. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Services Overview
Signature Triple 8 provides high-end, custom automotive services, including vehicle wraps, paint protection, vinyl customization, and aftermarket installations. Our services are designed to cater to individual car owners and businesses looking for expert craftsmanship and premium service.
3. Aftermarket Installations Policy
We offer professional installation services for a variety of aftermarket parts. While we are happy to recommend suitable parts, any parts supplied by the customer are the customer’s responsibility. Signature Triple 8 is not liable for defects, compatibility issues, or warranties on customer-supplied parts.
4. Payment Terms

A 50% deposit is required at the time of order.

The remaining balance is due before job completion or upon pickup.

For jobs with a 90-day delay, the deposit may be forfeited, covering material and scheduling costs.
Late Payments:

Payments are due 30 days from invoice date. After this period, accounts will be marked as past due.

After 60 days, accounts are considered delinquent and may be handed over to collections. A 1.5% monthly interest will be added to the overdue balance, along with any incurred collection expenses, including legal fees.
Disputes:

Clients must dispute any invoice in writing within 10 days from the invoice date.

If no dispute is raised, the invoice is considered accepted.
5. Delivery & Pickup
We prefer that clients pick up their vehicles directly from our facility. However, we offer delivery services via our drivers or third-party services for an additional fee.
6. Returns & Cancellations

All products and services are custom-made and non-refundable.

If the client has concerns, they must contact us within 30 days to resolve the issue, and we will make adjustments where necessary.

If a client cancels, they will be charged for any materials, artwork, or work performed up to that point, plus a 20% cancellation fee.
7. Job Changes & Errors

We are not responsible for errors once the client has given final approval for designs.

Verbal orders are accepted but should be followed up in writing to avoid mistakes.

We will correct any mistakes on our part, but changes to customer-supplied artwork or files will incur additional design fees.
8. Limitations of Liability

Signature Triple 8 is not responsible for any client-supplied materials or lost files.

Clients are responsible for ensuring that their vehicle is in adequate condition for wrap or custom installation.

We are not responsible for any damages related to paint, surfaces, or clear coat peeling.
9. Vehicle Wrap Terms & Warranty

Installation Warranty: 1-year warranty on installation, 1-year on window materials.

Wraps are not paint: There will be minor seam lines, and certain areas may show vehicle paint.

Warranty Exclusions: Areas with extreme curves (e.g., mirrors, bumpers) may not fully adhere to the vinyl, and no warranty is given for these areas.

Maintenance: We recommend hand-washing only and avoiding harsh chemicals or power washing to extend the life of your wrap.
10. Removal & Replacement

Removal of vinyl wraps is charged separately. We will not be liable for paint or surface damage during removal.

We strongly recommend checking the paint condition before installing wraps, as poor-quality surfaces may cause issues.
11. Legal Terms & Disputes

This agreement is governed by the laws of Pennsylvania.

Clients agree to resolve disputes through binding arbitration rather than litigation.

Signature Triple 8 reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its discretion.
